1. Log in as the Plaid Integration User
2. Go to the Bank Connections Tab/App
3. Click Connect
4. Press Continue
5. Select Bank
6. Input Username and Password
7. Click Connect
  • Error Message: "Invalid credentials errors"

Resolution
  1. Open a case with Certinia Support
Cause
  • Wells Fargo is not in a position to disable two factor authentication for testing in Sandbox
