What are the guidelines for the Certinia Community?

Certinia Community strives to cultivate a welcoming, valuable, and supportive environment for all members to succeed. The following community guidelines are in place to uphold the high standards for content and behavior within the community. Also refer to Certinia’s Community Terms of Use on our website.

1. Get involved - We’re all here to learn and grow, so don’t be afraid to post your questions, submit your ideas, and share your knowledge. Help others when you can by answering a question or offering lessons you’ve learned in your experiences. When another member does something awesome, be sure to show your gratitude with likes, kudos, and marking answers as best.
2. Respect each other - We strive to create a supportive and inclusive culture where every community member is valued for their unique experience. Be professional, constructive, and patient as others may be new to the community and we want them to feel welcome.
3. Be relevant - Make sure your contributions are related to Certinia products.
4. Privacy, please - Do not share any sensitive information about yourself or your organization. You are responsible for upholding any contractual obligations you may be bound by such as non-disclosure agreements or any other privacy obligations.
5. No solicitation - Do not use the Certinia Community to prospect or advertise.
6. Moderation - Certinia reserves the right to edit/remove content and revoke community membership at its discretion. If you notice users violating the community guidelines, then you can flag the content or send a note to community@certinia.com to let us know.
