An Admin will have to delete the existing jobs under Scheduled Jobs (found in Setup) first and then schedule again using steps aboveAny changes to the record after scheduling job the Utilization Calculation job will require the System Administrator to make sure the job is not running, delete the scheduled job and reschedule the job with the new criteria or the old scheduled job will override the change with the original criteriaMore information can be found in the Utilization Calculation Fields help topicPlease note, the Utilization Calculation record cannot be delete right away if there are too many Utilization Detail records or Utilization Summary records associated. The org Recycle Bin will need to be deleted, which happens by Salesforce in 14 days. Then Metadata needs to update to update before Salesforce's validation allowing the deletion of the old Utilization Calculation record. Due to the length of time this takes the scheduled job cannot delete the old Utilization Calculation record and the user will need to manually do this process ProcedureHelp ProcedureIn App Launcher, go to PSA Administration Tab (pse__PSA_Administration)Under Scheduled Actions > Select Schedule Utilization Calculation (Legacy)Select Dropdown > Search and select the Utilization Calculation in question > select NextMake necessary adjustments to next pageLast page will allow changes to frequency in which this Utilization Calculation is ran If needing Daily, select 'Weekly' dropdown and 'Sunday' through 'Saturday' checkboxes.
