PSA: Some Resources Not Showing in Work Planner
Active resources with 100% availability may not appear in the Work Planner. This occurs when the Utilization Engine has not been run after new resources are added. To resolve this, the Utilization Engine job must be run on demand or scheduled to run regularly. Scheduling the job is recommended if an internal process frequently adds new resources.
