If the All Time Period is associated on the Project make sure the Current Time Period End Date field value matches the All Time Period record's End Date field value. If they do not match please use PSA: How to Schedule a Job to Update the Current Time Period for Region Practice Group Resource and Project. Add the missing Time Periods for Year, Quarter, Month and Weeks types.Ensure Perpetual Time Period is not expired. Delete All App Logs Use one of the methods below: Delete the App Logs individually: Select All Tabs (+) (Classic) or App Launcher (Lightning)Select App Logs tabSelect the checkbox on the row(s) > Delete (button) Delete the App Logs in bulk: PSA: How to Delete App Logs in Bulk Process the Transaction Deltas Records Select All Tabs (+) (Classic) or App Launcher (Lightning)Select Actual Verifier tab. If there are Transaction Deltas to process, you will see the message "there are unprocessed transaction deltas". If there are no Transaction Deltas in the Org, then page will go to Actual Verifier page directlySelect Process button to process Transaction Deltas and wait for completion.Once completed and on the Actuals Verifier page, ensure you do not see the Unlock Actuals button. If visible, select Unlock Actuals so it turns to Lock Actuals button.Reload the Transaction Deltas tab to confirm all records have been processedReview the App Logs individually again as more may have been created Select All Tabs (+) (Classic) or App Launcher (Lightning) > App LogsSelect "All" in the List View > GoOn the individual row, DeleteThe deleted App Log(s) is stored in the Salesforce Recycle Bin for a short period of time before being permanently deleted Recalculate the Project's Actuals Use one of the following options: If you have Scheduled Jobs for Project Actuals Recalc and the Configuration Option > CalculationMode is set to "Scheduled", wait for Scheduled Job to complete. If Configuration Option > CalculationMode is set to 'Immediate', set to "Schedule' and follow Article to Schedule Job If needing to update Projects that did not have any recent Transaction Deltas that were processed Set the Actuals: Need Recalc field to "True" on the Project record. Please refer to these articles below Considerations for Upgrading Actuals to Spring 24Actuals Scheduled Job Not Running Following Spring 2024 UpgradeActual Calculate Delta Continuous job Stopped Running Time Periods must exist. It is recommended to add a calendar reminder to add more Time Periods before the last yearAll Time Period's End Dates must not go past 5 years from the current year. It is recommended to add a calendar reminders before the End Date is up to extend the End Date out another 5 yearsPlease note Actuals are updated on the Project when the Transaction Deltas have completed processing successfully. This also allows the transaction to flow to the Billing Event Generation tab. When Transaction Deltas complete the process successfully there is flag that initiates the auto deletion of the APP Log for the individual transaction. If the Transaction Deltas or Apex Job fails to process successfully, the App Log remains to list the reason why. The user will need to correct the issue, process the Transaction Delta and then delete the failed App Log. Please note that if not maintained the build up of App Logs can cause performance issuesWe strongly recommend reviewing the Transaction Deltas and App Logs tabs daily, if not weekly to assure there are no failed Transaction Deltas
